We use a platform called Stripe to securely take payments from you. We do not get any access to your information as the Stripe platform securely makes the payment. The only thing we get told is your email address in case we need to email you about your purchase or to send you an email confirming your order.

We are trying to phase out robux purchase but we may make some exceptions if you are having any problems with purchasing through the website.

As for refunds, we will follow legal requirements to offer it. However, this does not mean you can ask for a refund if there are no problems with the product you received. It will be as easy as contacting the support team in our Discord server to try and come up with a solution for your problem. We will firstly try and fix the product if it is sent to you with any problems. If it doesn't include something that is stated to be advertised we will be happy to refund you.
